Everything is fine here. It was a nice sunny day today but it is a pretty cold evening now. The cats are both fine and have been having fun chasing their toys around the house :). I'm off to Edgar's Mission tomorrow and am looking forward to that.

Dear Emma,
Hope you are well and that you have been having a lovely Easter. I have just a few Easter gifts for you (see below) but I'm late posting them sorry! I'll post them asap and I hope you'll like them!

Things are fine here with the cats and me. I have had a fairly quiet Easter but it has been nice. Just some church services, some volunteer work at Edgar's Mission on Saturday and had lunch with some friends on Sunday. Both Alice and Kushi are well and lovely company as always :).

Dear Emma,
Hope you are well and wishing you a very happy Christmas!! I posted some presents to you a few weeks ago, so hopefully they will arrive soon if they are not there already. I sent just the usual books and bits and pieces but hopefully you will like them! I took a photo of them to post to this page but foolishly left my camera at home, so I'll have to upload it after I get back sorry.

I'm over in New Zealand on holiday at the moment spending Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa (Mum and Dad) and my NZ relatives. It has been a busy time at work for me, so it is nice to get away for a break. It is also my Mum's 70th birthday on 7 Jan and there is a family celebration, so it will be good to be here for that.

Wishing you a very happy 19th birthday today!! I hope you have a very lovely day!
I did get you some presents but only posted these off just yesterday, so they will be late arriving sorry. I hope you like them though (see photo below).

The book “The Last Unicorn” by Peter Beagle is one I only discovered about a year ago although it was written in the 1960's. I really like it. “Travels with my Aunt” by Graham Greene is another favourite of mine and I really like Raymond Chandler's stories about Philip Marlowe too.
